To confirm the booking, a confirmation deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is required.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. In this case, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, the 30% confirmation deposit will be retained.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date, in the event of cancellation, no-show, postponed arrival, or early departure, no refund will be provided.
All cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively in writing by e-mail.
